The service was great, but you definitely need to improve your phone system at the dealership. It was very difficult getting a hold of the service advisor and to make appointment. Also, I was surprised your car wash was down and I picked up a dirty car.

Great work as always! I came for a usual maintenance. Did my oil change and I had a concern about my car. It would vibrate a little when I would drive and Edwin advised me it needed a wheel balancing. I went ahead and agreed to get it fixed and it fixed much smoother. I will always trust my car here!

He quoted me one price while the person right next to me was getting almost the same thing as me but for cheaper. He told me the wash was out of service yet i heard the other rep. Tell his customer they were going to wash his car.
