I waited over 3 hours for my car. Was told it was delayed because it was getting washed. Car arrived with water spots and was still dirty. The car wash took over 30 minutes and it was still dirty.
This review is for services department, I would just like to record that we have received excellent service. We were kept fully informed of time and services. I was discouraged with not being updated regularly about the status of my car. Additionally, I was informed that I would need a rental because my car would need to remain in service until the following day. I was sent to the hertz rental desk and waited and after at least 10 minutes learned that the agent would not be available for another 35 mins. I was assisted by a very accommodating young lady who works for Ford but sometimes assists Infiniti. I was provided a loaner because I needed to be at an appointment within that hour - thankfully I made it. The next morning I called and asked about the status of my car and was informed that it may be ready at 1:30p. I didn’t hear back that afternoon and called back and got a message machine. I left a message. After not receiving a callback after 2:00p I call back and as was leaving the second message received a call stating that my cat would be ready by 3:30p. When I came to pick up my car at 3:30p, it was in the wash. When it was returned to me it was still wet and there was still debris on driver’s side floor. I’m grateful that my car was serviced and eventually returned, however, the overall experience was a bit frustrating.

My "low windshield wiper fluid" alert was going off prior to bringing my car in. I was surprised to get the alert again on my way home. I expected a full inspection of my car, yet it appears that was overlooked.
