Jason is great but the wait time was terrible. My appointment was at 10:30am and I arrived at 10:30am. Didn’t get to the service advisor till 10:45. I waited at the dealer till 2:15 just for an oil change. I was told that the computer was down and was causing a lot of trouble which I can understand.
