I think my experience is a good example of what great service looks like. When I was told that all my breaks needed immediate replacement including rotors/pads I wasn't to happy but by the end of the day my Service Advisor Edwin Rivas truly stepped up and turned a bad start of the day into a great finish!, He went above and beyond by covering some of the cost and went the distance to make sure I was taken care of and for that I am thankful and was a very happy & satisfied customer!
You guys had quick and easy service, every time my car needs something major it gets prioritized and I am out quickly. 10/10 service always recommend to my friends and social media
Time estimate was right on.
I took my car in for a recall that had to do with the wheels and wheel caps and got it back with the Wheel alignment off and have brought it back twice since and it is still off and hasn’t been the same ever since.

Outstanding customer service while I was there. They were great with everything I asked for and made it quick for my short schedule I definitely recommend for all Infiniti owners in the so cal area to get service.
This is a follow up comments in my service from yesterday. I went back today to have the side mirror control corrected. Arcee came to see me and made sure the matter was resolved. It was corrected in 10 minutes. Arcee made sure my car was taken in right there and then. I was happy with Arcee’s quick assistance with the said issue resolved.
