Once arriving at the dealership I waited 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged by anyone. Two customers arrived after me and were acknowledged before I was. Once I was checked in I was treated with professionalism and efficiently by advisor John Yarber. The bottom line is, check in procedures need to be improved.
Candice was very helpful and accommodating. She took care of my car and help me to update my CarPlay and help me to match with my iPhone. She even trouble shoot my navigation.
