My car wasn’t ready until over a week from the original date. I was told 2-3 days and then I never heard back so I called you guys and was told another 2-3 days. I then called back 3 days later after not hearing back yet again and was told it would be ready by the next week. I receive a call the next week telling me it would be ready the next day by 5. I then waited all day to receive a phone call and I never did so I tried to reach anyone who could help me get it took another 20 minutes just to speak to someone. When I finally got ahold of someone they said my car had been ready but I never heard anything and when they told me it was ready they said I had to come back the next day to pick up my car because they were closing in 20 minutes. When I came to pickup my car all I got was a sorry for waiting we were busy. I get that places get busy but there needs to be communication that it will be delayed before the day I was told it would be ready. I will certainly not be coming back.
