I purchased a vehicle on September 5 2021,a 2019 Dodge Charger two weeks after the engine blew, to this day the vehicle is still in the shop. I won’t be receiving my vehicle back until probably The middle of November.One more issue I’ve been leaving several message to gentleman name by Manny and no response no text no phone call unbelievable. And to this date I have not received my license plates nor registration what’s going on.

I love that Candace know what she’s doing. There should be more service rep. like her. She’s professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
John provided great customer service that I always receive from Issac and Edwin. They all always take great care of me.
This is the reason I got another Infiniti is because of the exceptional service I always receive especially from Issac and Edwin. I am disappointed with the new location next to Ford though. Infiniti is a luxury brand and the new location next to Ford is such a downgrade compared to the previous location. It’s also so confusing and hectic with the Ford service in the same place.
Robyn updated me the status of process and even offered me Lyft to come back from the shopping mall.
I wasn't satisfied the appointment procedure on the website because I couldn't find "Oil and filter change" so I chose synthetic oil change. I left comment but Vanessa who assisted me to write the estimate didn't read my comment to reflect on the first estimate. Please add conventional oil change. If I missed the list, please disregard.

John made me feel well taken care of & nothing to worry about. I would definitely consider purchasing another Infinity in the future because customer service is superb.
As always, my assigned service tech was knowledgeable and helpful. The new location and customer waiting area however was not satisfactory. There were only a few couches. No tables, no place to use electronic devices, no electrical outlets, no WiFi. The lights were dim until sales staff showed up as turned on lights.
The previous location on 183rd was far more comfortable and customer friendly.

Edwin Rivas took excellent care of my vehicle by updating me on progress. I was especially pleased when my car was worked on sooner than I thought, and was able to pick it up within a day.
