I scheduled an appointment for a slightly ovee-due oil change (not driving as much during Covid) and asked about brake work at the same time. The scheduler I'd talked with on the phone would only set me up for the oil change. When I checked in, I mention the brake work to Edwin, and he said that the brake work could be finished by noon. The car was ready at 11:50, and the brakes are nw as solid as they were when new, 18 years and 202,000iles ago. A completely satisfying experience.
