Cost was high for a regular oil change. Wasn't expecting to pay over $200 but service was good and they had an available appointment at my preferred day and time. Turn around was acceptable. My car was ready and clean!

I had NO PROBLEM WITH EDWIN SERVICE ADVISOR BUT WHEN I PUCKED UP MY CAR IT WAS DIRTY STAINED FROM INTIEOR . MY CAR MAY HAVE BEEN RUN THROUGH CAR WASH MACHINE AND DAMAGED MY BLACK OUT PARTS EVEN MORE . I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW EVERY TIME I TAKE MY CAR IN FOR SOMETHING GOES WRONG. I WAS INFORMED BY EDWIN THAT HE WOULD NOT BE IN WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR AND THAT ANOTHER ADVISOR COULD HELP ME. WELL CANDICE WAS THE OTHER ADVISOR WHENBI CAME IN AND SHE JUST CHARGED ME AND SAID IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH CAR CONTACT EDWIN TOMMOROW. SHE DIDN'T EVEN REVIEW SERVICE DONE TO MY CAR NOR GO OUT WITH ME TO CHECK OVER CAR BUT YET I NOTICED SHE WAS FAITHFULLY ASSISTING ANOTHER CUSTOMER .
Engine Light Came On The Day After Service. Second Time This Happens After I Service My Car At Cerritos Infiniti.
Jason was very professional. He explained to me the work that was done on my car and why. He updated me on what work I might need on next visit and offered to follow up in 2 weeks to check up on my car. Great customer service

Dropped off my car on Thursday 5/12 to have the left side mirror blind spot sensors fixed. Went back on Saturday 5/14 to pick it up. However, once we got home later thaf night I was backing out my driveway I noticed the rear bumper sensors were not working and they were working fine before I dropped off my car. Also, I noticed the clips holding the rear bumper were not put back and the weather proof strip in the trunk was torn. Now I have to go back so they can fix the rear bumper sensors.
They have a good customer service, if you don’t a ride to go back they offer you lift ride with no additional cost, when they told at what time they going to finish with they actually finish at the time, overall I’m very satisfied with service totally recommend
He was very professional and helped me understanding my concerns on this vehicle.
