As I was driving home after I picked up my vehicle, I started to smell a very strong gas smell. Once I got home I had checked under my hood and had notice that a cap was off. I immediately took pictures and call Jason. The Director of Service called me back. She was extremely rude and spoke to me and a very I’ll mannered tone. I do not at all feel valued and respected as a customer.
Charges not explained and warranty purchased not what was explained to us. An air bag is not covered under The safety warranty yet it is considered a safety feature. And repairs that are needed to the air bag and its deployment system should be automatically covered and no charges should be given to the customer for fixing these issues.
Infiniti is very lucky to have Jason. I’m very impressed with how knowledgeable he is and the superior level customer service he provides. I return to Infiniti Service because of people like him. Thank you.
