The service was fast so I didn’t have to wait very long. However, Cerritos Infiniti provides a car wash which was satisfactory except that the inside was not vacuumed.
Your service Representative, John Yarbar & the repair Mechanic were in cahoot To dupe me of my financial resources & I have come to repair my vehicle many times with Infinity dealership. Who knows how Much I have been duped over time. The Sales Manager who was called to try & resolve issues, Mr. Rodriguez made it worse by calling me names & told me I’m very unprofessional after I told him, I want to speak with the right Person. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible because I’m not happy the way I was treated.
