1st of all I felt like it was a profit thing I asked for my car to be checked out and before I could get back home after dropping off my car I was told I needed a 1000 dollars of work. But when I picked up the car the price was 1400 dollars. Also I felt he talked to fast was not a good listener. This is not Mc Donalds . My car is older but I prefer the dealer because of the training. I was going to south bay infiniti but they are terrible. So I decided to come back to you but I felt like I was robbed no discount no anything special to make me feel like you guys or elite. You ask for comments but I bet you won't do anything about making a change. Your people need to be patient listen to the customer and not rob him . If you change people will repeat . You guys do good work but some of your techs need to work on their customer relations.
