My experience was great! I was actually met by mr. Page outside the bay doors as there was a line. I found that to be a little above and beyond as it was raining. He was making sure I knew, that they knew I was there. The service was quick, easy in, easy out. Than you!
I appreciate his helpful manner and kindness,he even arranged fixing recall parts (my car is escape and received a letter to notify of recall) although I thought I had to another appointment for it. When I left your place I noticed my clock was not working. I tried "set up time" and tried many times but it doesn't work since then?????????????...it worked fine before...I'm wondering if you can fix it for me ????

I have been in many times to have a tire checked that continued to loose air. Today during an oil change I asked William to have it checked. He was very receptive and assured me they would check it. He told me how they do it. And, yes, there was a nail in it. I appreciated his service.
