Never talked to or met Joseph Turner, was just told he was the technician that serviced our recall. Phones very busy, but was reassured that recall was taken care of.

Many, many delays - every 48 to 72 hours I was provided an estimated timeline 48 to 72hrs away - for a month. And while so understand there were some circumstances beyond control, there was sluggish communication toward the end - not early on, but the longer the car was there and the more delays there were I think there was some hesitation to have to tell me there was another delay. Ultimately, toward the end I did not get regular updates unless I called for one. Even when the car was finished my notification was a text message with request for payment. I definitely expected a personal call with an update after such an ordeal. Kim would have been all over that call, back in the day.
The car was also not cleaned as I was told it would be, before return. This was something I had asked for as a satisfaction aid after the first 3 weeks of delayed repair, since we are now into cold weather and I would have detailed it myself before this point in the season, had I been able to. The car is now functional and seems to be in good working order and the team leader did help in adjusting the bill which was very much appreciated since I had additional transportation costs while without my car. But overall, this was not a great experience, and not what I have come to expect in my many previous interactions with Darling’s Service.
Jeff Schencks is an outstanding service rep for Darlings. Knowledgeable,courteous, professional, and always very helpful.

This visit everything seemed fine - just took a little longer than estimated... but the last visit when I had my season tires changed, valve stems were replaced, and two turned out to be a problem.. so I had to go put air into my tires every other day for several weeks until this appointment... not fun.
Joseph was very personable and made sure I knew everything about my service.
We got off to a rough start heres hoping everything is good to go with no more problems. Thank you for figuring out my issue so quickly.
