Extremely professional, friendly and presented work and cost clearly. When no one was available to bring my car around at pick up, he promptly took care of it himself. Overall excellent customer service! Best experience ever at any dealership, and I used to go direct to Audi for maintenance in NH. Never received service like I did today. That’s saying something.

This may or may not be directly Dustin's issue, but having our cruiser out of service for 1 month was completely unsatisfactory. This is a public safety issue and should not have happened. I understand 1st-come 1st serve and scheduling however public safety is a different issue all together. Chief Hall
