Brought my truck in for a check engine light. Joe was attentive and knowledgeable with the code my truck provided. He scheduled a repair and knowing that I lived 2 hours away put my truck in the shop and had it back to me quickly. We will definitely be back.

Josh was very accommodating and made sure the job was done right with my vehicle. He is prompt with calling you to notify service is complete and finding appointments that work with your schedule to get vehicle work done in timely fashion.
I asked for a value of the car but never got a follow up call back from the sales person Wayne as he said he had to talk to his manager. I waited until 6 to pick up the car because I was waiting to have the estimate done. Oh well.

Absolutely horrible experience all around. Took 5 weeks to get my vehicle back and Darlings was very unsupportive on an issue they should halooked into. With 16k miles I shouldn't be left stranded for 5 weeks.
Job well done. Problems were encountered during repairs, but truck was ready when promised and cost was as quoted. Thank you Joe and Randy!
