Keep your good help by taking care of them
I had an emergency with my company vehicle and just drove in thinking it would be there for a day or two but Cooper got it right in and fixed. The service team there are excellent but Cooper is the best.

Long story short, I was roughly 3 hours from home and had vehicle issues. Darling, Ford service department, and or Joe made our vehicle a priority. They gave me a vehicle to take home as well as parked our trailer with our snowmobile’s in a very safe spot. They also, had my truck fixed the very next day. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with Darling Ford if for any other reason, the service department was exceptional and went above and beyond for me.

We was taken rate in short notice notice and taken care of in a short period. Joe took very good care of us
Dustin was very helpful. He listened to my concerns. He addressed my concerns. I left the dealership with a plan to fix the transmission in my car.Hopefully, on April 3rd when the car is scheduled to be back to have parts put in, my car will be fixed once and for all. Dustin represented Darlings Service well. I felt well aerved .

I feel like a worn out record, but that is fine with me. When it pertains to Darling’s Service Writers and Mechanics; they are in and of themselves outstanding persons to start with and that in turn is reflected in their deliverance of their skills with regard to their specified job. I overheard a conversation in the lounge; a gentleman was given a detailed explanation of the issue, assurance that issue was rectified through checks and balances and should not be an issue going forward, but should the issue resurface, come back and the part will be replaced without charge.
