The service department was awesome
I felt that Dustin could have updated me more frequently on the status of my truck. I had to call multiple times to get an update. It made it difficult to plan pickup and how long I'd need a rental.
I was pleased with Jacky’s thoroughness with the vehicle diagnosis and expediency in ordering necessary parts. He also made sure I was scheduled for courtesy van rides.

Darling Ford charges are another story!! They are taking the customers for a ride by ripping people off!! I have purchased SEVERAL vehicles from Darling’s and always kept going back, even for services on my vehicles. I understand inflation, but compared to other garages in the area, Darling’s Ford prices are unfathomable. The pricing at Darlings Ford needs to be revisited and lowered for customers to afford.
Jeffrey Schencks fit us right in without an appointment for a complementary inspection sticker on our 2022 Ford Edge . His customer service is Top notch. I’d give him 5 stars. He’s probably due for a raise because good help really is hard to find ! Thanks again Jeffery!

We were disappointed that the Service Rep did not contact our extended warranty insurance for coverage on our behalf after he was specifically asked to do so.
Finally he did so after being asked a third time. Overall we were satisfied. Also, we had asked for an oil change to be performed and that did not get done.
The scheduler made an error which required me to schedule another service visit, which is inconvenient since I live over an hour away. On another matter, the technician forgot to reset the oil change warning message so I had to call and have someone talk me through doing it myself. Mistakes happen, so it's not a big deal--no need to contact me; I'm just providing the feedback you asked for. I do want to commend Joe for making sure I got at least part of my service yesterday and Cody for being helpful on the phone fixing the error message. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and hospitable.
Jeffery was extremely helpful and polite! He made my first experience with the Service Dept great! Service time was quick. I will be back again the next time I need service!
