The rust ob my frunt hooks still have rust on them that was supposed to be addressed before I drove the truck off the lot.its ben almost a year now and still have this issue
Everything was excellent.Bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen, abandoned the remodeled showroom was spectacular. Only complaint: the single choice TV channel in the waiting room; was disappointing that it couldn't be changed.
Audi brought in on 3/13/23. Supposed to be ready on 3/15/23. Attempted to pick up car on 3/18/23 on my only day off - to find out that my car was not ready. Drove 124 miles and refused an OT shift, for NOTHING - due to Mr O’Rourke failing to notify me & let me know that my car would not be ready. Received a voice mail from Mr. O’Rourke on 3/20/23 that my car was ready. Vehicle delivered on 3/21/23 to my house. Repairs performed were for faulty ecm, which required replacement of exhaust. Oil change, fuel filter & air filter changes as well. Upon inspecting my vehicle after it’s arrival at my home, I immediately see that the tail pipes are lopsided, with drivers side tail pipe sticking out, and it looks considerably longer than the other! After retrieving and reviewing my invoice from the car, I noticed there is a $60.00 discrepancy from the credit card charge & invoice! This morning, as I start my car, a “Service Due” message shows up on my dashboard. Makes me question… was the oil ever changed? Or the air & fuel filters? How could my car ever make it out of your shop looking like? That is beyond me. This is not the customer service & quality work that I am used to from you folks, and as a long-standing customer…. To say that -I am highly disappointed? That doesn’t even begin to describe how I am feeling right now.

Joe was great. He got me right in on time and kept me updated when my car would be finished. He introduced me to a salesman as my lease is ending in afew months. I talked to the salesman while my car was being serviced and was still out on time. Great service!!

Jacob was awesome but the 2020 Ford Explorer backup camera has never worked correctly in 47,000 miles. It still doesn’t work after several recalls. It is blue screen all the time and now the rear valance has a hole in it from hitting a frozen snow bank because Ford can’t fix the camera. First I had to buy $1300 worth of tires in the first year because it wasn’t aligned properly at the factory; now this. Probably my last Ford I purchase.
