Just wanted to note that when I was leaving after my recall was fixed I got onto the highway and the hood of my car popped up from the first latch. Luckily the second latch held so nothing horrible happened but just thought I should mention it. I saw it before anything could happen so everything is fine

Joe did a great job working with me, and his team to make a quick turnover with my trucks repair. He interacted well with the rental department and was straight forward with me about honest repair cost, telling me the details of part costs and labor costs.
A quality reliable product like a VW TDI is only as good as the routine and exceptional maintenance it deserves. Darling's has done just that since we moved to Bangor in 2016. Kim was our first service writer. She left big shoes to fill, but Jacky is closing in on her extreme benchmark. We are very thankful for your entire organization - in today's world we don't take it for granted.

Very polite and very helpful
This is not a criticism on Dustin, as I understand several service techs left after the morning leaving the department short-handed. I only wish he’d have come out at some point to give me a status report. That said, I waited 2 1/2 hours to basically tell me what I already knew was wrong, but with no repairs done and having to schedule another appointment five weeks later to maybe get the two issues fixed. Also, why was I charged for labor today for this visit and quoted an labor charge for the next appointment, when these issues should be covered under the extended warrantee purchased through the Ford dealership when and where I puchased the car from? That doesn’t seem right.
Dustin is a very nice young man who works hard to keep fussy customers like me happy! Very professional and knowledgeable. I feel very confident & comfortable with him looking out for me and my Ford!
