Complicated situation. Car sold by out of state dealer though purchase made in Maine. The car was not equipped with the proper plate holder and customer ends up being the one to pay. Not fair as I paid all taxes and fees to purchase in Maine and this is not a car that could be purchased in Maine though I tried. Regardless it is not right but I don’t expect Liam has any fault in this.

My initial experience with Jacky was good and we had confidence in him. He kept me informed about the evaluation of the problems diagnosed but in the end, I was frustrated with the lack of coordination of my repairs so that I had 3 different infusions of oil prior to an oil change. I also had two different additions of coolant on two different repairs that should have been coordinated. I was promised a deduction for the cost of the third day of car rental when two days was estimated but I didn’t get it. I did have a coupon for $100 off and this was applied and Jacky gave me some cash credit for the extra oil used, but overall I didn’t have a good sense of value. I also can’t understand the labor cost that is greater than the hourly rate I was paid as a physician.
