Dustin was polite and courteous and explained thoroughly all the repairs, and the additional ones that are needed. He kept me informed along the way as I was there for about four hours. He offered to have me dropped off to shop, but I decided to wait. I do hope I have future dealings with him as my service writer. I prefer working with the same person not multiple.

Quoting upwards of $1000 to just diagnose my vehicle problem was unacceptable. Also my trade in value for my vehicle was very low given the shape of the vehicle. As a loyal customer, it was pretty discouraging.

I sent my 18 yr old daughter there with my Jetta for an oil change and an exhaust issue. 313.00 later I got the oil change, free software and a clamp. It’s the last time I will take any of my vehicles to Darlings. 220 to fix a clamp when it was on the lift anyway is robbery. I believe you took advantage of an 18 yr old girl. I left a message for the service manager the same day and received no call back.
