William was great- knowledgeable and had all my questions answered. No fault to him but about 10 minutes after I left my tire light came on ( one of the reasons the car went in was because some dash lights were on- I also got my winter tires changed over-so I will check the tire pressure as hopefully an easy fix)

I felt that the cost for the oil change, tire mounting (even though my tires were already on rims), and the front alignment was very expensive. But I appreciated the car wash. Thanks, L. Pennington
