I'm not sure who mr Dow is. I've delt with several people in the service department. My 2020 F-150 issue (charging system fault & resulting deep sleep mode) that started 8/3/2011 has nor been resolved. To date my truck has been at your shop 41 days so far. Everyone i have delt with has been great but the problem has yet been resolved.

Johnathan did everything he could in his power. But for traveling 300miles away we were lead to believe that all recalls were being taken care of which wasn’t true. And then I pay more then quoted for a rent a car that I only had for 1 hr.

William went above and beyond for us! He understood our circumstances and worked to get our vehicle’s unexpected engine issues addressed in a timely way, including inserting our unplanned service work into your full schedule. That enabled us to keep our urgent, complicated travel plans. An unexpected bonus was that a long-standing ACC issue that had not been resolved on several previous appointments at Darlings and elsewhere got solved. He made sure all work was covered by our Touareg TDI warranty. Well done and greatly appreciated.

Jacky is truly an asset to the company . He takes time to explain in detail each process and repair ( if needed) . He is always there to answer questions I may have when things do not make sense or helping me to put the pieces of the puzzle ( repair/ parts ) . Great work !
