Joe was amazing and persistent in ordering the parts & following up to ensure they arrived in a timely manner. He oversaw the turnaround of the service on a very labor intensive job. Joe went above & beyond to confirm that the service rendered was fully covered under my warranty. His thoroughness and attention to detail is a testament to the excellent service continually provided by the Darling’s Ford Team.
Other than a comment and concern letter I had left for Jacky on my parts box, that he never saw…all the work was done timely and correctly and car was returned clean ..

Joe is great. Takes the time to find out what the customer's experience is and offers explanations if possible but also keeps you apprised of findings and work done. Only place that I will take my vehicles.
Excellent all around customer service. Timely and respectful to customers service needs. Answers questions and notifies customer promptly. It's painful and inconvenient sometimes to have a vehicle in for repairs but Cooper and his team try to make you feel important and considers the inconveniences to help you work out logistics as well as provide excellent repair service to vehicle. Very pleased with Darling Ford and thankful they're authorized to work on my Lincoln!

Not happy sat there 3 hours was charged 137. I was told you could not fix it or patch it . I am so unhappy with this vehicle I bought when my husband was dieing last year thinking I was all set because it was a Ford whom I always trusted my husband begged me to buy it because he trust Ford and thought I would be safe and not have all these problems I have done so much work in less than a yr on this thing heartbroken I can't afford payments and keep fixing this thing I am just so sad . Over all this . I don't know what I am going to do now . I am heartbroken ???? i love Joe who takes care of my services but my SUV not so much I have doctors all over the place and scared to death something going to go wrong. Plus now transmission banging off and on to I needed safe reliability now my husband's past and my SUV gives me no security. Just sad really sad .
They bent over backwards and did a really good job helping us get the problem corrected
