My vehicle required about 4.5 hours of service. This gave me time to witness how committed Darling’s is to provide “top shelf” customer service. I even watched Darling’s provide its employees with an appreciation luncheon! Thank you!

When I got there I was greeted by Jeffery. He made me feel like he really appreciated my business. He offered me a free wash after the service. When they were finishing up he came in and offered to use my Ford points towards my bill. So oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, fluid checks, wash under an hour!

William went above and beyond. He was thorough in his questions when I arrived, he took care of everything we discussed, and although I forgot to ask, he saw to it that the car was washed. He also gave me a heads-up about my tires and told me what to listen for as they age. (They are at mid-life.)
