Mr Dow relayed what is mechanic advised...that the wind noise that is bothering us is normal. However, that is not the result is was hoping for. It wasn't like it is now as when the vehicle was new. Why was I not asked to take a road trip to point out the noise? I'm not coming back.

It has taken me two 5 hour round trips to get bed cover installed. I payed for it when I bought the truck. 1st time they had ordered the wrong one. Sorry, drive home and come back in two weeks. Second time, they first said it was installed and I signed the papers and went to the truck. Guess what! They had not installed the cover!!!! Not at all, hour later they say it is done. Drive back home. First rain and I open the back and everything is floating. My hunting jackets, tools, etc. Call and now I have to take another 5 hour round trip to see what they did wrong.
I sat in there from 7:30am until almost 2 for a two hour job. I don’t think the problem was completely fixed. I really like the people and I know it was busy and things happen. Thank you
