Expecting me to know the name of my service writer when I call to ask the status of my truck is Ill-advised. No one tells me the name when I drop off the vehicle, yet I’m supposed to know it when I call to inquire about the vehicle.

There is no reason the basic service- oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation- that my car was in for should have taken two and a half hours to complete. Either the system that you use to book appointments is horribly flawed and needs to be overhauled or your service representatives need to be trained to recognize when service times are reaching unacceptable lengths and be authorized to offer incoming customers alternative appointment times and compensation for the inconvenience.
