$120 to spend 5 minutes making a diagnostic on my A4. Complete rip-off. I understand you have to spend a (very small) amount of time, but you kept me waiting three hours for work that should have taken less than an hour. In the future, I will be traveling to Quirk Audi, even though it's a longer trip. IN addition, regarding flexibility in billing: you could easily break down your outrageous $120 an hour charges to quarter hour increments. I will not be returning, and please do not call me.

I was sshefuled for 1230 arrived the 15 minutes early as requested was told service would be done in approx one hour was still there almost 4 hours later

I was happy with Eric. I do have a problem with my truck. When I put my brakes on there would be a red line around the truck icon and I would hear an alarm sound. When I backed into the garage it did it also.

Jacky was fantastic! My car went in unexpectedly, and two days before the beginning of the Christmas holiday. Jacky was honest, you were completely booked. To my surprise, he got it in the next day, and the problem was resolved. THANK YOU Jacky, you are amazing. Jacky deserves a raise.

After leaving my car early and letting them know I had a trip scheduled and needed the car as soon as possible I received a text letting me know that my vehicle just went in for service at 11:15 when I had a 10:00 appointment. I responded with a question if my vehicle just went in for service and the reply was someone came in with an emergency and he wanted to help them out and decided to push my car out further. I did talk to the service manager and nicely let him know I had waited three weeks for this appointment and was not pleased having to delay my plans.
