Cooper Page was professional, knowledgeable, and precise. He helped me to understand the process of my repair and it was clear that he cared about my experience with the dealership. And yet, in spite of (or perhaps because of) his keen understanding, Cooper Page was friendly, polite, and smiling (at least, I THINK he was smiling - he was wearing a mask, for my protection.) Nicely done!
