After a 3.5 hour wait I was advised my alignment could not be completed due the fact that they could not loosen the tie rods, and they didn't have time to work on it. I had one key that I supplied programmed and was charged two hundred dollars for my trouble. I took the truck to someone else to loosen the tie rods, but they were not frozen as I had been told, and was not even charged for this check as nothing was wrong. I was hoping to get proper service in a timely manner but left feeling like I was lied to and overcharged. I was going to call the service manager to talk about this issue but I realized I wasn't going to return to this dealer and decided it's not worth wasting anymore of my time. John D

The vehicle had a wheel bearing go bad less than 140 miles after having the same area worked on with repairing a shock mount. The vehicle barely made it to a garage to get worked on.

Horrible experience and pissed me off. As soon as I got there Jacky came out to go over the car and saw the windshield was dirty and knew I had an inspection happening. Told me I would need new wipers which it did NOT. Then said that the tech called in sick and they couldn’t perform the error code that my car had. Said it was probably from the windshield being replaced and they didn’t put a new patch in. The error code is a traffic alert/blind spot Monitor. Was there for 4 hours for an oil change,tire roataion,inspection and an update to engine software. Proceeded to print 4 pages and highlighted codes that were in the car but yet when I first got there said that the tech was sick. After they washed the car he said he took it for a ride and the error code was gone so it was probably dirty but if it came back on to check the rain sensing wipers with water because that’s probably well “90 % sure it was the windshield replacement not getting a new pad” and then proceeded to tell me on three different occasions that if it’s not that then the front badge needs to be recalibrated. Which 20 minutes into my trip home the error code is on again! I said fine it’s under warranty so just fix it. His response 3 different times was yea but if it got bumped and your son Hit a snow bank then the camera could be broken so that’s not a warranty. And I told him 3 different times my son didn’t hit anything and it needs to be fixed under warranty and he said again if it’s not bumped. I don’t know this guy from a hole in The ground but to keep reiterating that my son could have hit a snow bank and it wouldnt be covered under warranty is **** when my kid hit nothing! We have bought many vehicles there and have referred many people. I don’t appreciate him throwing it out there that even though it is under warranty it could be my son hitting a snowbank! I will be calling Monday to speak to a manger and get my sons car fixed under the warranty that it has.

Thus was a complete nightmare. Had I not pushed to get a follow up appointment, the engine in my car would have blown. This experience has made me, and my mother, not renewing our leases with darlings.
