I had a coupon that was valid and when I booked the appointment 2 weeks out the girl said she would note the coupon and for me to bring it to the appointment. The man would not accept the coupon stating that prices had gone up so they could no longer accept the coupon.

Invoice included fees for things never discussed with me and not explained such as “miscellaneous.” Receptionist and I had a lengthy conversation about services I was to receive when I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived all of the services I was planning on were changed. Work ran later than I was originally told so I had to cancel another appointment that day. Then they couldn’t even wash my car because they said it was too late. Left trash in my car. Overpriced. I paid almost $600 for basic maintenance. I was quite dissatisfied with everything that ensued.

I believe that Volkswagen should have paid for this major repair since our 2015 Passat TDI SEL Premium has only 87,000 miles on it.
