Alex and the saturday technicians were very much appreciated as I had to make a couple stops by the garage for tire issues. Both without a prior appointment scheduled. They were able to get my car back on the road in the same day. Alex explained things well and set the expectations.

I was told what was wrong with my car after my check engine light came on ON MY WAY HOME immediately after the last time I was at darlings, I scheduled a month ahead of time and was expecting the quoted amount for the purge valve replacement, when I got there I was instead told that there was never an official diagnosis made, treated like I was an idiot who didn't know what I was talking about, made to wait 2 hours and charged for 2 hours labor for a diagnosis that was already made and ended up being there for over 3 hours total for a half hour/hour job that was scheduled and specified a MONTH ahead of time. I've had problems with my car since I bought it with a crap transmission that I was assured wasn't an issue and must of been how I was driving or because the car had sat too long. The only person at that location that has treated me with an ounce of respect hasn't been there most times I have come in. I hate my car, can't wait to pay it off and be rid of it and when I do I will not be going back to darlings.

Liam, as always, took great care of me and made sure all my options were laid out and explained thoroughly. Cooper on the Ford side was also very helpful when o had questions about my wife’s vehicle.
