After my vehicle was towed to Jackie, I wasn’t expecting it back until Monday. Jackie was able to get my vehicle in for the calibration and alignment it needed. He called me with the good news knowing I was anxious to get it back. I am grateful for the VW service department and Jackie for getting me back into my car ahead of time! Thanks to you all!

Due to a traffic delay I was more than 1 hour and a half late. Despite this he was more than accommodating to still get my truck in for sevice. Since moving to Maine 26 years ago I have always gone to Darling for purchase and service of my Vehicles. Thank you for all you do to help the customer feel appreciated. Great customer service

Lol ordered wrong part after I dropped it off 5 days early then had to wait another 2 days for part and after paying 800 dollars more then I should have they changed me a 175.00 dollar deductible when it’s supposed to be 100.00 but I’m a good sport

My visit today didn't go exactly as expected. Turns out it was better. I believe William and I have a similar appreciation of cars. I have a bit of anxiety about letting someone else work on my cars. William understood my concerns and put Kyle on the task. I'm very happy, you'd never know Kyle even touched the car. Furthermore, William went well out of his way to clear up some confusion I had over my new key just to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Absolutely stunned. Earn my money for doing what's expected, everyone does that. Earn my trust and respect by delivering more than expected. You don't find that everywhere. Thank you William.
