Jeff was very cordial and explained everything that was accomplished. One thing was not done and he applied the tag stickers himself. Very accommodating Requested that I return for a free car wash as the weather that day was a rain/ mix muddle!

Representative is going to be dealing with a very disappointed customer! Warranty repair appears to be successful, but very sloppy work and the DEF is supposed to go in the DEF tank. Not on the trunk's carpeting and elsewhere. Interior of car was dirty!

I was satisfied with the service itself and Joe was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was my vehicle not being washed. When I brought my vehicle in a few weeks ago to diagnose the issue Joe said he was going to have them watch it but it was close to closing time. My vehicle was there the entire day when I brought it in for repair so I was just slightly disappointed to come back to it dirty. Not a huge thing and I will definitely return for service.
