I was emailed a 10am appointment time and when I got there at 945, Jeff kindly told me my appointment was at 11am. He was very apologetic and even have me a gift card after my appointment because I had to come back at 11.

Admittedly I don’t have the expertise in the type of service that was provided regarding the hybrid battery in my fusion. It seems to be functioning well now and test results indicate that the battery is in good operating condition. I am very satisfied with the work and now have piece of mind enough to give this vehicle to my granddaughter as her 1st car.
