Joe was great! I drove in off the street, no appt or even having ever been there for service, with a problem that disabled all the safety devices in my car. He was completely booked up but still found time to take the car in while arranging a rental for me. And then, to my surprise, was able to get the vehicle fixed in just a few hours rather than days!! I call that pretty amazing service. Thank you, Joe, and your service repairmen for a job well done. Kathy M
