When picking up my car the gentleman that checked me out noticed the vehicle hadn't been washed as indicated on the paperwork, so he asked if I could wait 10 minutes & he would get it washed - which he did. That attention to detail is greatly appreciated & his willingness to see that it was done right & to do it himself was great customer service.

I’ve always been satisfied with the service I’ve received at Darlings. Bought this truck almost 13 years ago at Darlings and have never regretted it.
Jacky is so great at what he does and I can tell he truly cares about my vehicle and my satisfaction with Darlings. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Always very prompt and responsive . I can’t say enough nice things about him. He is always so pleasant to deal with.

Eric was very personable and answered all my questions. He’s a very nice young man and I’m sure a valuable employee for Darlings. I’m a divorced woman and really rely on Darlings to let me know when my vehicle needs repairs. Eric did that today and he explained the issues that need to be addressed and already had a plan to address them. I appreciated his effort to explain everything to my understanding. I definitely will let others know the great service I get from Darlings. Thank you and thank Eric for me. ????

Cooper was fabulous! I requested June 11 at 9:40. I did misunderstand that the email I got was not a confirmation. When I got to Darlings, you had me down for June 13 at 9:00 which I didn’t receive any notification for. That was not the day I requested online. As I was waiting I got a text message confirming my appt for June 13 at 9:00. Cooper still fit me in and I greatly appreciate that. I will be more aware for my confirmation email.
