Great service and very friendly
I was happy with the service until when I got in my car and found that my brand new Oakley sunglasses that I bought the week before were missing from the case. I had worn them to the dealership took them off and put them in the case. I immediately went in and told the service department without any satisfaction. I have been a customer of this service Dept for the last 16+ years with no issue like this.
Very polite young man and helpful.
We were very impressed with the welcome as we arrived. And William was so informative and clear on what was going on with our Audi and the best way to get the results that would cure the problem. He was very knowledgeable.

Jeffrey took excellent care of me and my truck from the moment I parked. I had such a good experience that I'm genuinely looking forward to the next one!
I got a text message shortly after receiving my first call from Liam (William?) but after that I had to either call or stop by in order to learn what the status/progress was on my vehicle. A simple text saying the ordered part had not arrived would have been perfect.
Cooper was great!!!! We didn't have to wait long when dropping the car off to be fixed. I would highly recommended Cooper to everyone. Thank you Cooper for a great job

your own tech said battery needed replacement, The alternator was putting out 14.3 volts but yet you replaced it. plus the person i made the appointment with put down nothing of what i said was wrong. car is 2011 with 18.000 miles The battery was original so i can see that going but not the alternator, told the guy on the phone i wanted it to test but said on paper work that 147 bucks for core charge i have bought and replaced many alternators and never in my 61 years see a core charge.1226.62 for what should have been just a battery and coolant change.
Jeff did a fantastic job in greeting me, going over what had to be done, and getting me closed out.
As always Jacky has gone above and beyond to bend space and time to squeeze me in when I was in need. Highly recommended
Jeffery is great and has been a great service advisor the entire time I have had my Darling’s vehicle. Our family owns and Ford and a Honda, both from Darlings. And it is people like Jeffery that makes me want to stay right here.

Jonathan does an excellent job at taking care of the service for all our vehicles. He goes above and beyond to make things happen quickly for us to get the vehicles back on the road.
My question isn't about Joe Turner. It's why if my vehicle had the 176 point inspection before I bought it, that it had a bad front axle? How could your team miss that?
