Jacky was a perfect pro: he’d done some homework on my car before I arrived, was a great communicator about the issues discovered; and gave a pretty accurate time estimate too. I thought everyone working in the service area was very professional.

You had me down for a state inspection not an oil change. I live in Florida. Then was asked if I wanted the 30,000 service and had no time for it but could have done if I’d known upfront. Then waited 1hr 40 mins for an oil change and was told my car was done earlier but someone was on a long call. Then found my phone was no longer paired to the car. Will do my best to never to use Darling again.
Had a follow-up inspection with Jeff today , just like seeing a good friend . Very satisfied with his help and professionalism. He is definitely an asset to the darlings ford team . I am glad to have met him
Picked up tonight. Check engine light on. No power. Inspection not completed. Left truck there. Not happy.
