This was a big repair, and now I’ve seen that these explorers, this year, have this ax problem as a known issue - I’m not happy this was not discussed with us at time of purchase! Hoe was very good to work with, gave us a fair price, knew my husband was having surgery during this service call and secured a rental for us - made the trip to hospital much more comfortable. How was thorough in discussion of service needs - hee could not have been more helpful!
