Due to your lack of personnel, it took me three days to make an appointment! And then it was the service department that intervened and got the apot for me. The service dept is without fault. Excellent serviice.

I didnt like the recall with the fan ran all the time and sounded terrible.. they didn't want to do anything and never called back.. so I traded for a Chevrolet
Jacky was very through and precise. He knows his stuff. Professional and polite too. He has helped us with some recent issues with our 2019 Tiguan and now we are at the point either to repair or buy a new one.
