I’m very satisfied with Jackie, but not very happy with the service Sept. I had an oil change two weeks and the wrong washer was used. Oil leaked all over my driveway. At least 10 dark, oily spots. I had to bring my car back in on my day off to get fixed. Jackie was excellent in explaining what happened and even gave me a can of degreaser for my driveway. I sprayed the spots and let sit for 10 min. I sprayed the degreaser off and all the stains are still there. I’m not very happy with the driveway stains. It looks awful.
Jon Dow was professional and friendly. He explained the process of what the mechanics would do to figure out the problem, how long it would take, and the cost. He checked in with me during the three hour wait and answered all my questions.
Jacob was great and my service visit really easy.
