Very attentive, the service was performed quickly and I was kept informed at all times. Even though he didn’t know the answer to my question about my warranty, he followed up the next day by phone with the answer. Terrific customer service.

Joe Turner’s can-do attitude toward great customer service is the primary reason we use Darling Ford. He always provides outstanding service with an upbeat, positive attitude. I’ve had several hundred different people work for me in the Navy, in the US Forest Service, and as a private consultant over the last 5 decades. Joe is right in there with the cream of the crop. If it were me, I would promote him at the earliest opportunity.
