Im glad I wasnt charged full price since it was there for only a half hour but honestly I wish I wasnt charged at all considering there was nothing done to my vehicle at all. But thanks for the help anyway.

Mr. Todd Boyer is Upbeat full of energy Knows what direction to go in accessing The situation for the reason of the Visit To the service department. All my Vehicles have a Dodge or Chrysler Extended contract this involves calling Several times line busy and then often Having to convince the warranty Rep The part and labor are covered, all Without complaining to the end user (Your Customer) Not everything goes perfect on a visit But when it does not it is corrected On the following visit! This statement is the JEM (Value) Of the entire Dealership. If the customer is not completely Happy with the service of his vehicle Why on earth would he consider buying A new Car from sales? Todd Boyer exemplifies the Role Of Customer Service Advisor by Treating the Customer fairly everything Else will take care of it’s self. Dr. Vard E. Marguglio
