I brought a truck in twice first for a facyory warranty service and had to return for another service thst my local garage coded another factory code for recall future inspection deemed not available because of millage expiration. The truck was brought to you with the codes available for service afyer I refused repair I was charged 50 labor for services not needed. Please understand my confusion for the charge.

4 tires had 3 different psi in them. As far as 3 psi apart. Had similar problem a previous time.

I was charged for looking at my front view camera. My truck is under warranty, when l asked he said tech could not find anything wrong and just cleaned it. So if it wasn’t acting up what did you fix??? Also asked to rotate tires, could see where the cap was removed to add air to them, but the tires were never removed. I could tell by the “ salt on rims and lug nuts” Todd asked if it was dirty from driving back to ADM. Roads are not wet because of cold, and ADM is only 2 miles up the road. I’m not pleased at all and will not be returning.

Hubby brought car in and said Todd was great! He wanted to try and fix a noise I have been having and new of a service bulletin that was out that might have caused such a noise. He ordered the parts and did the work, but unfortunately the noise is still there. Hard noise to diagnose. Everyone who has heard it has no idea we’re it could be coming from.

Less circle jerking of the mechanics and more getting the job done. Sitting and waiting for an oil change watching them knowing I could have been out of there 15-20 minutes sooner had they just stuck to changing my oil and not going off talking with other mechanics.
