Not that it is important, but both times I have had my oil changed there. I was offered a free wash and tire rotation. It didn't happen either time. Shouldn't complain about something that is free, but just annoying. If those corners are so easily cut what else is?

I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and my vehicle did not start its service until 1:30 p.m. I did not pick vehicle up until after 3:00 p.m. I don't know why it takes 6 hours to do a simple oil change and check the front end front desk told me they were busy that's no excuse for missing my 9:00 a.m. appointment I can go other places and get better service

I am very happy with the whole experience but there is just one thing. When I called to make the appointment I told her i needed 3 new wiper blades. She said she would put a note on the appointment but when I got in my van I noticed I didn't get them. Thanks, Carol

I don't feel anyone really listened to my concerns, my computer is acting up and I can't use the GPS without it pausing gapping out or not hearing... I paid a LOT of money for a nice truck I had only hoped the service would be better when something isn't working after only 15 months!
