I took my 2023 Expedition to your shop to figure out why it was not working. The energy efficient button was not turning on when stopping. It had errors and one previously was a communication error. Your shop cleared the codes, charged $92 and fixed NOTHING. A auto glass shop in Eldridge Ia that also calibrates cars, looked at the codes you cleared and knew immediately it needed a new battery. I went to Brad Deery Ford and they put a Ford Battery in and now everything is working perfectly l!!!

Made appointment for a recall in advance showed up for the appointment on time. The part needed for the recall was not in your inventory??? That I don't understand? So in turn I had to make another appointment hopefully it'll get done this time

My only request is that the bathroom don't have as much fragrance. 2.5 hours is a long time to wait while not being able to use a bathroom.

Parts not available to fix recall. Truck damaged by Todd. Hit post driving out of shop causing damage to box side. Estimate Came back 5k in damages. Less than stellar interaction with Auto group.
