The service scheduler told me they would wash my new truck when they did the oil change in tire rotation. I bought the truck at Clinton auto group and paid cash. I questioned it when I came to pick up the vehicle. The response was oh sorry we’ll wash it now. I didn’t have time for that, and I’m not sure why they didn’t do it to begin with if that standard practice. Though they say they will wash your vehicle, they never washed my 2022 F350 Dually or my 2023 Ford Explorer platinum when they serviced it. Hmmmmm

Todd always shows professionalism and complete ability to tell About your vehicle. He helps you a minute you walk in the door and even at times when he was outside , even helping someone else , He still wanted to help me with mine. Hi always at ease when I know he is the man behind my car. In my book , he would always deserve a raise that he worked hard for. Give it to him.
