The service team was very informative and kept us abreast of the progress. As soon as the part arrived, it was installed and we were back in our truck. As a courtesy, they made sure we had a loaner vehicle as well, which we appreciated very much. Thank you ????

Problem wasn't resolved no matter what color the dual button on the climate control is driver side vents blows hot air. The passenger side works perfectly. You can adjust the temperature with no issue on that side.

Wanted tires rotated. Called and said that I should think about replacing them . Car has only 23,000 miles. Just got back from Florida. Thought that they should be done. They said maybe at next oil change. I only drive the car less than 3000 miles a year .

All aspects of the service from initial point of contact to the finalizing of business were very service and customer oriented. I give your team high marks for that. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently is for a member of the service to volunteer to go over all the findings of the check up on my vehicle. Thank you for shuttling me during my service call. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Justin Hosford is top notch. I would absolutely recommend him to everybody and anybody that asks if they need their vehicle fixed this is where I will tell them to go. I had a serious situation with my truck, and he went way way above and beyond and then some to help accommodate me by getting my truck fixed, and his communication is the greatest whether he had good news or bad or no news at all.. He still kept constant communication and that is a plus all the way around. Thanks for your help.
